Digital Communication and E-Government as New Forms of Dialogue Between State and People
Abstract
The formation of digital communication and e-government is conceptualized as a process of transformation of the dialogue between the state and the people, in which traditional forms of political interaction are replaced by technologically mediated channels of transmission, interpretation, and legitimation of social meanings
