Abstract

The article analyzes the issue of establishing specialized courts for the consideration of cases related to intellectual property rights. The results of the study demonstrate that the establishment of specialized courts contributes to the effective protection of intellectual property rights, improves the quality and consistency of judicial decisions, ensures the uniformity of judicial practice, and promotes innovative activity.
