Abstract
Since the new Uzbekistan embarked on the path of development, profound changes have occurred in the socio-political life of the country. It is necessary to recognize that a radical renewal has begun in social consciousness and thinking, in the system of structures, and in the relationship between the state and society. During the еars of independence, irreversible initiatives, progressive reforms, and strategic decisions aimed at integrating world experience serve as the main factors in this process. In such a difficult and responsible period, achieving growth in political thinking, its inherent values, ideology, and social culture constitute the fundamental essence of Uzbekistanъs development
